Panama City Fire Training

Firefighter Brandon Mallory walks past Big Mama's Country Cooking in downtown Panama City on Saturday. The blaze was part of a four-day training exercise that began Wednesday at the building at U.S. Business 98 and Harmon Avenue, which the city owns. The training exercise "allows the guys to get a little bit of experience in a building that is not our normal training building," said Chief Wayne Watts. Big Mama’s recently moved to a larger location on Beach Drive. (Andrew Wardlow/The News Herald)
